Open booking pageThe E10 is Rotax's all-electric junior racing powertrain. It delivers smooth, instant power with hardly any noise – ideal for young drivers' first experience of real race machinery. At this event it's fitted to a current 2026 Kosmic 950 mm race chassis.
No. The day is designed for drivers aged 8–12, from complete beginners to young racers. Coaching and a full briefing are included before every session, and the team adapts the pace to your driver.
Each booking is a one-hour slot containing two 10-minute driving sessions plus briefings. There are nine hourly slots between 9:00 and 16:00 on Thursday 13 August 2026. A limited number of full-day options are also available on the official booking page.
A session costs £45. If your driver then enters the race meeting on 15–16 August, the £45 is credited in full towards the race entry – so it works like a deposit and the test day effectively costs nothing. The weekend also offers the chance to take the Motorsport UK ARKS test, the first step towards a kart racing licence. The Rookie Racing team will share all race details with you.
